Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead RMA operations for UPS, PDUs, and batteries, ensuring timely processing, troubleshooting, coordinated repairs, and quality assurance.
  • •Manage the full RMA lifecycle: receiving, logging, tracking, and dispatching returned equipment to the ASP warehouse.
  • •Receive, inspect, test, and diagnose returned equipment/parts to identify faults and coordinate basic or advanced repairs as needed.
  • •Ensure repaired/replacement units are fully functional, tested, and meet quality standards before deployment; maintain RMA documentation (RCA, resolution status, closure reports).
  • •Monitor turnaround time, manage spare parts inventory and warehouse storage/handling/maintenance (including recharging if applicable), and provide on-call field support and technical support.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic (or similar) engineering degree or diploma.
  • •1-3 years of experience with electrical equipment such as UPS, batteries (VRLA, SLA, Lithium, etc.) and PDUs.
  • •Ability to assemble, evaluate, test, and maintain electrical/electronic wiring, equipment, and appliances.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronics diagrams for UPS/PDUs and troubleshoot faults to define repair work plans.
  • •Comfort using electrical instrumentation (multimeters, clamp meters, scope meters, insulation meters, resistance meters) and strong English proficiency.
