Maintenance Superintendent

Supervise maintenance teams and oversee major repair and installation work across poultry/food manufacturing facilities. You’ll apply knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment to keep production assets running with minimal downtime. The role includes scheduling, assigning work, enforcing company policy, inspecting completed work against specifications, and building preventive maintenance and training programs.
