Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the day-to-day and long-term activities/priorities of the EHS technician team.
  • •Coordinate employee schedules, work assignments, and timekeeping requirements.
  • •Provide instructional guidance on job assignments, correct procedures, and applicable techniques; ensure accuracy and completion.
  • •Ensure technicians complete required EHS inspections with daily communication and oversight, and document performance and compliance issues.
  • •Implement and maintain site-specific EHS team policies; address hazards via Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and PPE assessments and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •4+ years of experience implementing and overseeing environmental, health, and safety disciplines.
  • •Ability to work in a construction/industrial environment.
  • •Experience communicating effectively with technicians and engineers while multitasking and following through with minimal supervision.
  • •Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted and occasionally work extended hours and weekends when needed.
