Key Responsibilities

  • •Own power distribution, grounding, and controls integration for modular product electrical systems from released drawings through rate production.
  • •Live on the Phoenix manufacturing floor: walk the line daily, catch wiring and termination issues, and disposition them on the spot.
  • •Answer electrical RFIs same-day from the floor and engineer fixes into the next revision to prevent repeat questions.
  • •Run first-article reviews and electrical checkout in person as units come down the line, documenting findings to drive design and process changes.
  • •Close the loop to design by feeding line learnings back into one-lines, panel schedules, and the BOM while keeping the drawing set as the single source of truth.

  • •Experience ensuring drawings build cleanly so fabricators and electricians rarely need to call—fixing the drawing, not only the unit.
