Job Summary

Lead cyber and Errors & Omissions insurance brokerage for a Private Equity-focused book of business. Coordinate client service, prospect development, and layered program placement (including start-to-finish delivery of large programs), while partnering across Cyber Solutions, Commercial Risk Solutions, and Analytics teams. Own broking status and proactive service across the client engagement lifecycle, apply negotiation and data-driven methods to improve results, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the team’s book of business to deliver client support and prospect development.
•Direct team resources and contribute to development, remediation, and performance management within the group.
•Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the Cyber and Errors & Omissions insurance market and Aon offerings/solutions.
•Own all aspects of client service and new business opportunities using the deal flow process, including negotiation to improve broking results.
•Develop and execute a pipeline strategy for new business, mentor more junior team members, and drive utilization of available technology throughout broking and client service.

Salary: USD 105,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of Cyber/E&O insurance experience.

•Active P&C License; bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
