Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the team’s book of business to deliver client support and prospect development.
  • •Direct team resources and contribute to development, remediation, and performance management within the group.
  • •Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the Cyber and Errors & Omissions insurance market and Aon offerings/solutions.
  • •Own all aspects of client service and new business opportunities using the deal flow process, including negotiation to improve broking results.
  • •Develop and execute a pipeline strategy for new business, mentor more junior team members, and drive utilization of available technology throughout broking and client service.
