Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee stock management activities and reconcile hire stock, raw materials, and trading stock, including scrapped/obsolete assets and disposal allocations.
  • •Analyze regional cost center reports and plant metrics, resolve query/anomalies, benchmark KPIs, and present findings to operations management.
  • •Manage regional accounts payable processes (vendor and municipal accounts), coordinate purchase orders, and drive Basware query resolution to avoid payment delays.
  • •Lead, motivate, and develop the administration team by setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and identifying training needs to meet regional objectives.
  • •Act as superuser for operational systems (Kronos, SAP, Business Warehouse), support new implementations (e.g., COLT2020), and manage key administrative controls such as petty cash and SOP updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Business Administration, Cost Analysis, Supply Chain, or Accounting (preferred).
  • •5+ years general administrative experience, including experience managing staff.
  • •Extensive experience in stock control and system processes in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
  • •3+ years SAP knowledge and experience.
  • •5+ years cost and data analysis experience.
