Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Relationship Managers to gain client confidence and trust, increase the effectiveness of needs fulfilled, and broaden and deepen client relationships.
  • •Identify and uncover client needs, provide technical analysis, and assist Relationship Managers in presenting and explaining insurance solution(s) or conduct end-to-end sales processes individually.
  • •Drive customer penetration in the Wealth segment and promote professional sale of insurance products.
  • •Provide specialist advice on appropriate insurance solutions to ensure insurance/protection needs are well fulfilled.
  • •Track and register activity, train Relationship Managers through programmed trainings and on-job coaching, and assist with client planned events.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum three years of working experience as a product specialist, life insurance agent, or financial advisor.
  • •Strong client skills to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions.
  • •Deep knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, including financial markets and regulatory requirements relevant to the products.
  • •Demonstrated ability to correctly identify client needs and solid skills to manage a consultative sales process.
  • •A solid understanding of global anti-money laundering standards and local and Group compliance regulations.
