Job Summary

Assist the Foreperson with daily production duties by operating heavy equipment and supporting plant operations. Perform maintenance and repairs, including lubrication and general equipment upkeep, welding and fabrication as required, and cleaning around the plant and surrounding areas. Detect safety hazards and malfunctions, follow directions, and comply with safety, environmental, and company policies while maintaining professional conduct and reliable attendance.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Foreperson with daily production duties by operating heavy equipment and supporting plant-related functions.
•Operate various pieces of heavy equipment accurately, efficiently, and safely.
•Access all areas of the plant to perform maintenance and repairs.
•Perform welding and fabrication duties as required; lubricate and perform general maintenance.
•Detect safety hazards and malfunctions and respond accordingly; maintain compliance with safety and company policies.
