  • •Design and implement scalable QA processes, including sampling, review frameworks, feedback mechanisms, and escalation procedures.
  • •Reimagine the Fraud Intelligence Team’s operating model, workflows, tooling, and team structure for efficiency and scalability.
  • •Build talent programs and progression frameworks for Fraud Intelligence Analysts, including onboarding, training, and career development pathways.
  • •Develop measurement frameworks and launch initiatives that connect fraud intelligence activities to measurable fraud prevention outcomes, serving as a trusted fraud subject matter expert across the company.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, risk management, trust & safety, investigations, analytics, or related domains, including significant people leadership experience.
  • •4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts.
  • •Proven success leading operational teams with high-volume, quality-sensitive workflows and measurable business outcomes.
  • •Strong fraud judgment with deep interest in evolving fraud patterns, typologies, and prevention strategies.
  • •Proven ability to design and improve processes, operating models, quality systems, and performance measurement frameworks.
