Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accuracy and audit bills of materials in MRP systems in preparation for production at rate.
  • •Establish and manage inventory level targets, review line of balances, align demand/supply signals and allocations, maintain product master data, and develop expertise in in-house systems and reports.
  • •Construct and execute a supply plan to mitigate risk and ensure continuity of supply to meet product needs on time and with quality.
  • •Serve as an expert in MRP by triaging signals, understanding the matrix, and educating supported teams on correct MRP usage and benefits.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality to determine change cut-ins, reduce obsolescence, eliminate/reduce quality issues, and proactively update leadership on critical supply issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations/supply chain management, material cost control, or master production scheduling; or 3+ years in one or more of these areas.
  • •Proficiency working with MRP systems, including bill of materials accuracy and preparation for production at rate.
  • •Ability to manage inventory level targets and review line of balances to align demand, supply signals, and allocations.
  • •Familiarity with purchasing/planning functions and ERP systems.
  • •Experience with technical or analytical tools such as SQL and/or Power BI; advanced MS Excel skills are preferred.
