Project Manager

Lead system staging project execution for two-way radio programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop schedules, scope, deliverables, and resources. Produce weekly program and material status reporting, facilitate weekly team meetings, and assess program strengths and improvement opportunities. Identify, analyze, and track project risks with mitigation plans, representing the organization in leadership roles while driving process and material management improvements.
