Key Responsibilities

  • •Process customer and bank transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • •Support teller operations by using policy and procedure knowledge to handle transactions and issues.
  • •Approve transactions within established limits, including cashier’s checks, wire transfers, and deposit processing.
  • •Assist the Branch Operations Manager with teller support related to losses, differences, and mitigating risk.
