Key Responsibilities

  • •Own backlogs across feature, function, NFR, BAU, technical debt, spikes, and ceremonies for multiple product engineering teams.
  • •Define story content and acceptance criteria, manage story sign-off, and ensure work is refined and prioritized for upcoming PIs.
  • •Capture and prioritize technical debt and non-functional requirements across sprints.
  • •Contribute to PI demo and attend key product management meetings, including PI Planning.
  • •Define metrics for success, manage risks and dependencies, and participate in building product owner communities and practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent).
  • •5+ years of experience in Information Technology or other.
  • •Global Product (CSPO/SAFe/PSPO) trained and certified.
  • •2+ years of practical experience working as a Product Owner/Manager in a team-facing capacity, delivering at pace.
  • •Well-versed with product management tools and strong communication with peers, line, and stakeholders.
