Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the smooth running of the overall kitchen with direction from the management team.
  • •Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe kitchen environment while adhering to food hygiene standards.
  • •Manage portion control, preparation, storage practices, and due diligence to avoid food wastage.
  • •When away from the kitchen, help with shop-keeping tasks including stock replenishment and order fulfilment.
  • •Reduce wastage using product due diligence and markdowns; support Click & Collect and other on-demand customer order needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly
