Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and architect scalable platform solutions, while customizing and configuring applications using best practices. Lead code reviews, performance tuning, security/compliance adherence, and stay current on releases, supporting pre-sales demos and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Gather requirements with stakeholders, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.
•Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, ensure security/compliance adherence, and stay current on ServiceNow releases while recommending enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform for development and administration.
•Proven experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Hands-on capability to build and configure ServiceNow solutions using platform tools and best practices.
•Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
