Job Summary

Serve as a subject matter expert for HR associate relations, consulting with internal associates and resolving employment policy and performance issues. Investigate and resolve manager and associate concerns, including formal complaints such as harassment and discrimination, and partner with Legal, Benefits, Office of Corporate Investigations, and Security Operations to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Review case trends to recommend action plans, support HR Business Partners, and champion Capital One values.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate and resolve manager and associate issues.
•Resolve disputes by coaching and providing guidance to managers and associates.
•Ensure associates have an objective, knowledgeable resource to handle challenging employment, performance, and policy issues.
•Investigate and resolve formal employment complaints including harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination.
•Partner with other departments (e.g., Legal, Benefits, Office of Corporate Investigations, Security Operations) and review case data to identify trends and recommend action plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 5 years of client management experience.
•At least 4 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
•At least 6 years of Human Resources experience.
•English language proficiency.
