Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Assist in store departments, including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Support a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Ability to support flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with reliable attendance.
  • •Ability to move merchandise and assist with backroom and sales floor tasks using appropriate equipment.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
  • •Ability to read and use computer/register screens to input information.
