Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide non-medical, short-term, solution-focused counseling to eligible children and youth of service members at primary/secondary locations.
  • •Deliver training and health/wellness presentations; participate in health fairs and base activities focusing on children and youth.
  • •Enter counselor activity data daily via smartphone or web application while maintaining confidentiality and anonymity.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with community resources to link families to appropriate services and ensure access within school settings.
  • •Collaborate with installation POC to address installation and facility needs for CYB services and participate in supervision and program activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 59,922 - 100,280 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work
  • •Independent license to provide counseling as a licensed practitioner (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist)
  • •Minimum two years post-licensure clinical experience
  • •Ability to engage military members and their families and work in school settings
  • •US Citizenship and clearance requirements as per DoD program
