Test Center Administrator (FT)

Serve as the primary representative in a Prometric test center by greeting examinees, verifying identification, and monitoring computer-based exams. Apply test center policies and perform security checks (including wands) to maintain exam integrity. Proactively handle candidate issues, ensure a secure testing environment, and submit reports on occurrences outside guidelines. Work flexible full-time hours across days of operation in the Sycamore, IL test center.
