Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy on-premises AI infrastructure to host models using Kubernetes and Docker
•Implement and manage model serving solutions and optimize inference performance for shared infrastructure
•Configure and maintain AI application stack components (LiteLLM, Open WebUI, Milvus, Langfuse)
•Ensure adherence to enterprise security policies and governance standards for R&D
•Collaborate with AI architects and product teams to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities and deliver user-facing documentation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 93,900 - 150,100 annually

•3+ years of experience developing and administering on-premises AI/ML platforms
•Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux environments (Oracle Linux exposure)

•Observability solutions for AI workflows such as Langfuse or Prometheus/Grafana
•Knowledge of network security, container security, and data privacy in enterprise environments
