Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and administer Entra ID tenants, identity governance, and lifecycle workflows, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and authentication policies.
  • •Deploy and manage MFA, enforce adaptive MFA aligned with Zero Trust, and troubleshoot authentication failures and token issues.
  • •Implement SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and WS-Federation, including application registrations and maintenance of access policies.
  • •Develop identity automation and workflows using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and REST APIs for user provisioning/deprovisioning and compliance reporting.
  • •Provide L3 support for authentication and identity incidents, analyze logs, and support periodic audits and governance controls for roles, permissions, and privileged access.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration, including identity governance and lifecycle workflows.
  • •Deep understanding of MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and privileged access management.
  • •Experience integrating applications with SAML 2.0, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation.
  • •Proficiency with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs for identity automation and troubleshooting.
  • •Knowledge of Zero Trust, identity governance, and privileged access management, including familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, certificates, and federation services (ADFS).
