Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and synchronizing materials and work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC units using blueprints or engineering specifications and appropriate hand tools.
  • •Maintain safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to ensure accountability of company-issued and procured assets.
  • •Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
