Operations Manager - Greenfield (1st shift)

Supervise day-to-day operations within a Carvana Inspection Center, overseeing vehicle reconditioning in a lean manufacturing environment. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of at least five leads and up to 70 associates, ensuring training/certification progression, adherence to operating standards, and compliance with health, safety, and loss-prevention guidelines. Drive continuous improvement while meeting quality, production, and cost metrics and supporting production planning and capacity targets.
