Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain daily inventory appearance, security, and organization of vehicle zones and parking areas.
  • •Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes.
  • •Receive, prepare, and process vehicles (pair locators, capture photos, secure keys) for sale or auction readiness.
  • •Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation to ensure accurate real-time visibility of site inventory.
  • •Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and support auction preparation, including associate training and safe operations.
