Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Partner Success team in Korea and provide strategic direction to assess gaps and opportunities in accounts to ensure partner retention.
•Guide team members on career development to ensure growth and retention.
•Provide feedback on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to enhance partnerships with clients.
•Establish trusted adviser relationships to ensure customers’ overall satisfaction with services and technology.
•Plan strategies to help customers meet objectives, prioritize and resolve escalated issues, and monitor adoption of our technology.

•Strong strategic approach to client retention and ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.
•Excellent communication with executive-level relationships; self-motivated and tech-savvy.
