Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely collect samples for ready-mix concrete testing and ensure correct collection and analysis.
  • •Maintain safety for transportation personnel and the public, including daily monitoring of delivery of ready-mix concrete.
  • •Follow state DOT and governing agency job specifications; inspect, analyze, and diagnose malfunctions in trucking equipment.
  • •Perform sampling, testing, and reporting procedures; record test results and prepare daily reports for the project lead technician or main lab supervisor.
  • •Report non-compliant tests promptly, calculate chemical adjustments and dose loads when applicable, and maintain a clean lab environment while following MSHA and OSHA regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Current ACI Field Level I certification.
  • •1–2 years of prior experience preferred.
