Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and ensuring teller performance in an in-person branch.
•Serve as the primary troubleshooter for more complex client servicing issues.
•Transition clients to a banker by identifying financial wellness opportunities during conversations.
•Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including teller scheduling, coaching, and maintaining operational and regulatory standards.
•Support the Branch Manager with onboarding and training new tellers, and comply with audit, security, and compliance procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
•3+ years demonstrating superior client relationship skills.
•3+ years experienced in cash handling.
•Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
•Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks.
