Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead governance, budget and SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt) for the ART in compliance with Airbus quality standards.
  • •Coordinate and synchronize the product roadmap across multiple EPICs, managing complex cross-team backlogs.
  • •Identify and mitigate delivery risks, remove impediments, and manage critical dependencies with other trains and products.
  • •Align ART strategy with operational execution by working closely with Product Managers, System Architects and business stakeholders.
  • •Improve ART delivery performance by deploying quality plans and measuring process effectiveness with KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Five+ years of experience in leading large-scale agile programs (SAFe) and RTE/PMO roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of SAFe framework, agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt) and governance.
  • •Solid experience with PLM processes and IT solution architectures (ARAS, SPDM).
  • •Proven ability to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and coordinate external IT partners and vendors.
  • •Advanced English required to operate in transnational, multi-functional teams.
