Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water

Prepare detailed cost estimates for water infrastructure projects, analyzing drawings, documents, and project plans to identify cost risks and opportunities. Review estimate data, finalize unit cost pricing, and maintain accurate pricing sources from databases, contractors, and suppliers. Communicate estimate deliverables to senior management and stakeholders, support reporting on estimate changes, and mentor junior/intermediate estimators while coordinating with project management and engineering teams.
