Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installation, overhaul, and preventative maintenance on assigned plant equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
  • •Analyze equipment performance, identify defects, and initiate repairs before major breakdowns.
  • •Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate documentation within the CMMS system (MP2).
  • •Support installation and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components, including AC and DC systems.
  • •Perform precision welding and precision cutting/fabrication using MIG wire-feed and heliarc techniques, plasma torch, and sheet metal fabrication equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of a two-year technical degree in industrial mechanical maintenance with at least 5 years as a Maintenance Mechanic B, or at least 8 years of demonstrated experience in the role.
  • •Strong knowledge of plant electrical power and control systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in welding, fabrication, and machining in a food manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to perform preventative maintenance and interpret technical manuals.
  • •Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance tracking and work order completion.
