Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Americas VE/CE process engineering team.
  • •Deliver yearly Value Engineering and Component Engineering targets for the GBE and expand key product margins.
  • •Benchmark and assess end-to-end processes via value stream mapping and identify efficiency opportunities through automation, digitization, simulation, and process re-engineering/optimization.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment and strategic initiatives with factories to improve productivity and product margins.
  • •Lead and coach a team of engineers, ensuring succession planning and developing TRR and people competency training plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master).
  • •10+ years of experience managing, ideating, and executing Value Engineering and Component Engineering projects.
  • •Solid knowledge of PMC and/or HGAS product portfolio.
  • •Experience in an industrial environment within a large global organization.
  • •DFSS Green Belt (and experience aligned with Honeywell relevance areas such as HBT, SPS, AERO, or HPS).
