Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project schedules, achievements, and cashflow forecasts for Taiwan Yellow field and China projects.
  • •Coordinate project execution across internal and external collaborators, including defining scope, deliverables, and execution strategies.
  • •Monitor schedule and cost performance against approved baselines; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and recovery plans; develop management reports and presentations for decision-making.
  • •Conduct planning workshops and project reviews; support construction market assessments, long-range planning, and continuous improvement initiatives using lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in project management, project controls, construction planning, or facilities engineering.
  • •Experience managing large-scale construction, expansion, brownfield, or yellow field projects.
  • •Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cashflow management, and risk management.
  • •Strong collaboration skills to coordinate multidisciplinary collaborators and drive project execution.
