  • •Create and govern design and technical standards, specifications of FF&E/OS&E, and technical services guidelines.
  • •Lead project delivery from layouts through detailed drawings and FF&E specifications, ensuring design requirements are integrated into one unified scheme.
  • •Direct teams and consultants, procure and verify design documentation packages, and conduct on-site observations during construction to monitor compliance with plans, drawings, and samples.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of interior design experience with a strong portfolio across hospitality, residential, and retail sectors in the Middle East.
  • •In-depth knowledge of FF&E, materials, finishes, and space planning.
  • •Client-side or consulting experience overseeing the full interior design lifecycle from concept to completion.
  • •Exceptional communication skills to engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a relevant subject.
