Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure smooth operation of front-of-house and back-of-house areas to achieve the highest guest satisfaction in line with company procedures and policies.
  • •Supervise assigned shifts and report to the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper to ensure accountability and staffing effectiveness.
  • •Demonstrate independent decision-making and professional conduct when interacting with guests and colleagues across all levels.
  • •Train and develop housekeeping colleagues on cleaning standards, hygiene, and maintenance tasks; uphold brand standards and PMS expectations.
  • •Maintain excellent organizational capabilities and team management to support seamless daily operations and guest experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a 5-star hotel or resort environment.
  • •Demonstrated supervisory experience within a Housekeeping department.
  • •Ability to make independent decisions and handle guests and colleagues at all levels.
  • •Excellent verbal and written English communication; fluency in another European language is highly regarded.
  • •Train colleagues on cleaning, hygiene standards and maintenance tasks; strong organizational and team management skills.
