Key Responsibilities

•Ensure smooth operation of front-of-house and back-of-house areas to achieve the highest guest satisfaction in line with company procedures and policies.
•Supervise assigned shifts and report to the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper to ensure accountability and staffing effectiveness.
•Demonstrate independent decision-making and professional conduct when interacting with guests and colleagues across all levels.
•Train and develop housekeeping colleagues on cleaning standards, hygiene, and maintenance tasks; uphold brand standards and PMS expectations.
•Maintain excellent organizational capabilities and team management to support seamless daily operations and guest experiences.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a 5-star hotel or resort environment.
•Demonstrated supervisory experience within a Housekeeping department.
•Ability to make independent decisions and handle guests and colleagues at all levels.
•Excellent verbal and written English communication; fluency in another European language is highly regarded.
•Train colleagues on cleaning, hygiene standards and maintenance tasks; strong organizational and team management skills.
