Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide integrated schedule management across the project lifecycle, including integrating scope, resource estimating, and baselines.
  • •Perform schedule status, assessment, analysis, and generate optimum path-forward planning with predictive (opportunity-based) actions and recommendations.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated project baselines, using schedule development and management techniques and risk-driven control.
  • •Integrate schedule management with cost, risk, and quality management, including contract performance assessment and schedule-change forecasting.
  • •Produce standard and advanced schedule reporting for stakeholders and advance schedule accuracy, flexibility, and precision through continuous integration thinking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,600 - 144,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma with 4 years of experience working as a scheduler, or high school diploma with 6 years of construction/engineering experience including 2 years as a project scheduler.
  • •High proficiency with scheduling software (P6) and spreadsheet development, utilization, and controlled manipulation.
  • •Experience in large industrial capital project environments.
  • •Integrated knowledge of project scope-schedule-cost and risk-quality management, including application of project management subsidiary standards/processes and job aids.
  • •Ability to lead and inspire stakeholders with effective stakeholder management, communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
