Job Summary

Support the Source to Pay team’s third-party risk management by reviewing supplier requests, running background checks, and validating supplier legitimacy and compliance. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep systems and contact data updated, track Inherent Risk Questionnaire (IRQ) progress, and handle overdue, timed-out, or paused onboarding IRQs. Assist with supplier recertification records, monitor the Employee Center mailbox, and ensure all activities meet SLAs and documented procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and review new supplier request forms, including background checks to verify legitimacy and compliance.
•Coordinate with suppliers to ensure updated information is reflected in relevant systems and maintain supplier contact records.
•Track and monitor IRQ progress, flag overdue or timed-out items, and support escalation of delays with senior team members.
•Assist with IRQ timeout and onboarding processes by coordinating with users to address expired questionnaires and document outcomes.
•Support supplier recertification by preparing/distributing documents and updating supplier database records; monitor and respond to Employee Center queries and mailbox.
•Review and record third-party data accurately within SLAs and perform assigned tasks per SLA, process, and policies.
