Key Responsibilities

•Lead the renewal process and assemble the appropriate team to develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies.
•Coordinate with brokers and insurers to develop and deliver renewal strategies and ensure client service team understanding of needs and delivery methods.
•Support assigned accounts and collaborate with Account Executives on larger, more complex accounts, managing a small book of business.
•Provide strategic risk management guidance, pricing strategy, consultation, and reporting to demonstrate value delivered to clients.
•Oversee invoicing and receivables for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections and maintaining overall account profitability.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
•Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize detail.
•Excellent digital literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.
