Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide transportation for personnel throughout the show day, including hotel and airport pickups/drop-offs, using personal car or a company-provided vehicle.
  • •Run errands such as department meals, laundry, grocery shopping, package delivery, equipment rentals, and coffee runs.
  • •Coordinate large take-out orders and shopping lists: purchasing, retrieving, and distributing items to touring personnel.
  • •Assist production staff with general production-related duties and special projects/tasks as assigned.
  • •Maintain cash and receipts for expense reimbursement and reconciliation, and perform light administrative duties like copying, posting signs, and cash reconciliation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •21 years of age or older.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and fully insured; safe driving habits required.
  • •Operational cell phone.
  • •Able to work a long day (typical show day runs anywhere to 10 to 18 hours) and be punctual, reliable, responsible, and courteous.
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently as well as with others.
