Job Summary

Generate and expand client relationships by delivering expert payment solutions for business and middle-market customers in the $3–$50M space. Partner with business bankers to identify merchant services opportunities, prospect and build pipelines, and close deals while meeting daily and weekly targets. Collaborate across bank units for cross-selling, resolve client concerns, teach and coach merchant education within your coverage team, and manage lead/status reporting in CRM using dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Prospect and build relationships with new clients, converting leads into partnerships.
•Sell payment solutions including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, check processing, gift cards, and ACH, navigating hardware and software needs.
•Build pipeline, convert leads, navigate complex hardware and software needs, and close deals while exceeding daily and weekly targets.
•Collaborate with other bank units to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize client profitability.
•Teach, coach, motivate, and drive merchant education and sales growth within your banker coverage team, while reporting leads and status in CRM.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 4 years of proven sales experience in financial services, with the ability to close deals.
•Ability to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
•Ability to manage leads, presentations, appointments, and schedules.
•Ability to report leads, opportunities, and status updates accurately in a CRM using dashboards and reports.
