Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, maintain, and reconcile comprehensive software inventory records across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and Top Secret-Collateral environments.
  • •Ensure alignment between active entitlement baselines and procurement records, with understanding of the complete software asset lifecycle.
  • •As requested, assist procurement by entering entitlement data in ServiceNow SAM module and/or Flexera database to reflect verified physical receipts.
  • •Analyze software usage, spending trends, and vendor roadmaps within the SAM platform to identify cost optimization and license consolidation opportunities.
  • •Audit software inventories using discovery tools (e.g., ServiceNow SAM and/or Flexera) and compile presentations of audit findings for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years total experience with 4+ years of related logistics work experience.
  • •BA/BS (or additional years of experience substitution).
  • •Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI status.
  • •Required certification: ITIL Foundations 4 Certificate within 9 months.
  • •Experience with ServiceNow (including SAM module) and enterprise licensing agreements/EULAs; strong written and verbal communication.
