Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, production efficiency, yield, and reduce cost.
  • •Propose, evaluate, and implement changes to semiconductor manufacturing equipment and process conditions.
  • •Analyze data via experiment evaluation and statistical process control to address physical causes of yield degradation.
  • •Maintain and improve product quality through logical process management and quality management approaches.
  • •Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure process and design compatibility, and collaborate on improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in experiment evaluation and related work for semiconductor front-end manufacturing processes.
  • •Experience operating semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a manufacturing plant or experimental facility, or equivalent experience.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor front-end processes and statistical process control.
  • •Forward-looking attitude toward deepening technical knowledge.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese (Japanese advanced) and work in English (TOEIC 500+).
