Manufacturing Process Engineer

Drive process construction and improvements in a semiconductor front-end manufacturing plant to enhance quality, production efficiency, yield, and reduce costs. Propose, evaluate, and implement changes to manufacturing equipment and process conditions using specialized knowledge. Perform data analysis and experiment evaluation (including SPC/statistical process control) to maintain and improve product quality. Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure process-design compatibility and provide reporting for management approval.
