Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed due diligence on companies, industries, management teams, and other relevant information.
  • •Build financial projection models to analyze capital structures, performance trends, and credit metrics.
  • •Prepare succinct underwriting memorandums, including key credit risks and base/downside projection assumptions and terms.
  • •Establish strong working partnerships with internal deal teams and communicate deal status and prioritization.
  • •Manage multiple transactions/projects and provide oversight, training, and development for junior analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in leveraged finance, private equity, investment banking, or related financial services.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required, ideally concentrated in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • •Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • •Understanding of private equity, capital markets, M&A structures, and credit analysis experience.
