Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead the global Wholesale GTN framework, methodology, policies, and governance across regions and distribution segments.
  • •Partner with Finance and leadership to set GTN rules/guardrails, improve order-to-cash efficiency, and minimize revenue leakage.
  • •Prepare wholesale sell-in targets and serve as the commercial counterpart for forecasting, long-range planning, budgeting, and monthly performance management.
  • •Optimize pricing, promotions, trade investments, and customer terms while protecting margin, and provide financial guidance on major customer agreements and initiatives.
  • •Lead GTN transformation efforts to standardize processes, improve data quality and reporting, and strengthen systems, controls, and internal governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in Gross-to-Net, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, FP&A, or a closely related discipline within a complex international organization.
  • •Extensive leadership experience in global roles, collaborating with senior executives and C-level stakeholders to influence decisions and drive outcomes.
  • •Strong understanding of wholesale and consumer-facing commercial models across multi-channel environments.
  • •Proven track record managing complex GTN structures including customer terms, trade investments, rebates, deductions, and commercial agreements.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline (advanced qualification is a plus).
