Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in onboarding and technical development, including mentorship, plant visits, facility tours, and value stream learning.
  • •Support manufacturing process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • •Assist with identifying operational challenges, evaluating solutions, collecting/analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions after root cause investigations.
  • •Support engineering and capital projects across planning, execution, testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, engineering, quality, maintenance, operations) and gain exposure to multiple functional areas.
