Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end employee relations investigations from intake through closure with accurate documentation.
  • •Handle complex or escalated matters including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and serious policy concerns.
  • •Advise managers on policy interpretation, discipline, misconduct, and performance management; support formal processes.
  • •Consult with HR Business Partners and regional/global stakeholders to escalate or redirect concerns appropriately.
  • •Track ER case metrics and trends, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide training to HR and managers.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in employee relations, investigations, and/or performance management, ideally with HR Business Partner/ER focus.
  • •In-depth knowledge and practical application of labor and employment laws, plus HR compliance principles.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex, escalated ER cases across multiple stakeholders and business environments.
  • •Strong consulting, influencing, and coaching skills with sound judgment in sensitive, high-stakes situations.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills; English required, with Mandarin Chinese and/or Japanese highly preferred.
