Regional Employee Relations Specialist – APAC

Partner with Global Employment Law and HR teams to lead employee relations matters and workplace investigations across APAC. Serve as a trusted advisor on misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and performance management, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes. Manage investigations end-to-end, support corrective actions, track ER metrics and trends, and help drive continuous improvements to ER processes. Provide training and enablement to HR and managers across multiple countries.
