Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor deviations between actuals and the plan for consulting activities, analyzing deviations and their causes
  • •Ensure proper allocation of consulting costs within the cost center structure based on activities (run, projects)
  • •Ensure accurate monthly billing reporting to customers and provision calculations
  • •Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • •Collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager and Senior Controller to manage the P&L and deliver financial analyses, reports, and dashboards

Key Requirements

  • •Master's student in Finance or Accounting with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • •Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; able to work well in a hybrid environment and within a team
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel/Power Query and PowerPoint; fluent in English and French
  • •Willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance the role and organization
  • •Experience in budget monitoring, cost allocation, or financial reporting is a plus
