Job Summary

Oversee daily Front Office Host operations to deliver personalized ultra-luxury service across guest touchpoints. Lead, coach, and train Hosts and coordinate Reception Concierge and Connectivity Services. Manage staffing schedules, section assignments, VIP coverage, and guest experience activities, ensuring service recovery and guest recognition programs are executed to Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards. Serve as a key escalation point, maintain operational compliance, and support departmental quality, service, and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Host Manager with daily management and supervision of the Host Team, including guidance, coaching, and training.
•Prepare, manage, and adjust weekly and monthly schedules based on occupancy forecasts, business levels, operational requirements, and labor productivity objectives.
•Coordinate arrival and departure experiences, ensure guest requests and service recovery are handled promptly, and act as an escalation point for guest concerns.
•Oversee VIP arrivals, special celebrations, amenities, and guest recognition programs, including inspecting VIP rooms and suites prior to arrival.
•Ensure compliance with Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, departmental SOPs, health and safety policies, and maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
•Minimum 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Butler Services, Concierge, or Luxury Resort Operations.
•Experience managing schedules, staffing allocation, workforce planning, and daily operational assignments.
•Proven experience handling guest complaints, service recovery, and VIP guest management.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Opera PMS, Alice, HotSOS, or similar hospitality systems preferred.
