Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Ground Control Managing Directors to manage and service client relationships and engagements.
  • •Analyze client objectives, risk tolerance, net worth, income, and investment experience to determine account structures and asset allocations.
  • •Execute investment management and financial planning activities including portfolio rebalancing, required minimum distributions, tax-loss harvesting, and lending and education funding analysis.
  • •Monitor portfolios and investment performance, recommending adjustments aligned to client goals and market conditions.
  • •Prepare financial plans, proposals, and presentation materials; coordinate with external advisors and handle inbound client investment inquiries.

Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, law, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •10+ years of experience in wealth management or a related financial services field.
  • •A professional designation such as CFP or CFA is strongly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational attention to detail.
