Job Summary

Frontend-focused software engineer responsible for building and leading user-facing interfaces for Harvey’s enterprise AI-powered platform. You’ll own end-to-end UI features, shape the design system, and collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver polished, scalable React + TypeScript interfaces with TailwindCSS for law firms and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Build new interfaces for lawyers and organizations to collaborate with AI.
•Lead end-to-end UI features for Shared Spaces and future Harvey products — from scoping and design reviews to implementation, launch, and iteration.
•Build polished, high-performance React + TypeScript interfaces using TailwindCSS, with crisp interactions, resilient state management, and strong error handling.
•Architect reusable components and patterns and evolve our internal design system.
•Collaborate tightly with design and backend/infrastructure to shape APIs and UX for long-running jobs, streaming results, and tool-calling workflows.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of frontend-focused software engineering experience
•Experience with React, TypeScript, and CSS (Tailwind CSS)
•Experience across the stack to ship user-facing features with measurable impact
•Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge
•Track record of shipping highly intuitive products with attention to detail
