Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage solution deployments from contract signature to entry-into-service milestones by defining deployment plans, managing budgets, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality delivery.
  • •Act as trusted advisor for customers: identify opportunities for sales/program teams, maintain run-mode relationships, and manage contract remedies and internal points of contact.
  • •Drive solution adoption and acceptance by running change management activities (workshops and immersion sessions), confirming value, and monitoring customer usage.
  • •Regularly drive value assessments across contract phases and ensure efficient usage to maximize proven value.
  • •Manage customer risks/issues, maintain SLAs and KPIs with remedies, and ensure solutions are positioned within the customer’s digital architecture while feeding product evolution needs back to teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Proven airline customer-facing experience.
  • •Aeronautical knowledge or ability to rapidly understand digital products linked to flight/aircraft operations, health monitoring, predictive maintenance, reliability, and hosting operations.
  • •Program management skills to drumbeat internal teams, build and own project plans, and maintain consistency to meet contractual commitments, satisfaction, cost, and revenue targets.
  • •Excellent communication, assertiveness, and organizational skills, including experience holding discussions with airline operations/IT teams and managing cross-functional teams.
